Barnes and Noble doesn't have a loyalty program, per se. They have the membership card, which is $25 a year, and you'll receive 10-40% off your purchases, depending on the item. Plus they send you additional coupons throughout the year.

With the MasterCard you'll receive 5% credit on your card statement, whenever you purchase at Barnes and Noble. And after your first purchase you'll receive a $25 BN gift card.
