  1. No, anyone that says so is a moron.

If you need meat or dairy during any stage of your life or to live any certain lifestyle, why does the American Dietetic Association say otherwise?

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentil, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegetarians have the same potential as anyone else.

  2. Genetics, exercise and how much you eat can all affect that, but being vegetarian or not doesn't make any difference one way or the other.

  3. Vegetarianism doesnt affect your boob growth as such, it's mainly that lots of vegetarians don't eat enough foods that provide protein, so your body's natural system becomes unbalanced, so if you continue to eat as much protein as you did when you ate meat you should be fine.

  4. It stunts growth

  5. Don't worry about it. Look at Pam Anderson. They have Dr.'s that help that out

  6. It pretty much stops all development and renders the woman unattractive to 'normal' guys - leaving her with hippies as her only suiters.................

  7. It doesn't.    It's mostly genetic like eye color, hair color etc.  Some women will get larger b***s due to weight gain as well since they are mostly fatty tissue.

  8. It shouldn't, just do a little research and you'll find you can get all the nutrients you need from plants, being a vegetarian just means it's more spread out, so you'll have to look harder.

  9. It stunts the growth of the mammary glands, which in turn makes your b***s turn out smaller.

If you eat lots of red meat until your b***s are fully grown out, you can probably save yourself a trip to the breast enlargement clinic later in life.

  10. ur not getting the right daily amount of nuitrition u need

  11. It doesn't affect it at all.  Your breast size is determined by genetics and your hormonal profile.

  12. I'm a vegetarian. As long as you get enough protein and other vitamins then it shouldnt.

  13. It doesn't if you eat properly and get all the nutrients you need.

  14. As far as I know:

Boob growth is genetic. Everyone has a genetically predetermined way of storing fat. Some women store a lot in their b*****s.

If you are a vegetarian, and it causes you to lose weight (fat), you may have smaller b*****s as a result. But it's not direct.

There is not some chemical in meat that makes b***s bigger.

Likewise, if a vegetarian diet makes you gain weight/fat, your b***s may get bigger.

How much bigger/smaller they get is more a factor of genetics than anything else.

Again, that's as far as I know.

  15. You will not grow large b*****s by eating no meat.
