How does billing work for an iPhone?

like i once you buy an iPhone, do you get like a free amount ? and is it fre on nights after nine...or on weekends? what kinda discounts does the billing have? and how do you pay for an i phone?

Billing will be dependent on which service plan you purchased.  There are several plans which offer unlimited minutes and free evenings and weekends, data usage, etc.
