  1. well:

    1: think about how light affects plants growth and what light is used for....eg Photo.....

    2: think about what a colour is ( in that you see green because it is REFLECTED and the other colours are absorbed)

    3. find out which wavelengths of light are MOST utilised by the plant...hint its NOT green


  2. Blue light is absorbed by pigments in most plants. Plants appear green because green is the wave length of light that they reflect most readly. Most all other wave lenths of light are absorbed.

    A plant can grow under a blue light but not at 100% efficency because the pigments that absorb red and yellow light are not being used.
