i just got a new katana and it has bluetooth...what is that??

Bluetooth technology is basically a wireless link between your phone and a bluetooth headset. I'm sure you've seen wired headsets before, they function very similarly but without a wire. The phone and the headset connect via the bluetooth signal that each one emits. In order to use the bluetooth feature of the phone you'll need a bluetooth headset to pair the phone with, then you can enjoy hands free talking.

Bluetooth technology can also be used to push information between devices, such as other phones with bluetooth or computers if they have bluetooth, but that's a bit more technical.
