How does breaking dawn end?

I haven't read it yet.but my friend just messaged me saying that in breaking dawn...bella gets pregnant by edward and she doesn't end up with him because edward doesn't want the baby so she stays with jacob.is that true? :(

No. Bella does get pregnant by Edward, and after she delivers the baby Jacob imprints on the baby and Edward loves both the baby and Bella. At the end, the Volturi come to take away the baby because it is half-human, half vampire, but Bella uses her shield to protect everyone. It ends with a happily ever after.

Edward is literally dying inside because the baby is killing Bella, so he begs Jacob to convince her to get an abortion from Carlisle and father her kid. "She can have puppies," is his exact wording. However Bella survives the baby (Renesmee, like Renee and Esme put together.) and Jacob imprints on Renesmee (grrrrrr sorry I'm team Cullen (Edward and Emmett and Jasper <3 i luv Jasper)) and Bella tries to kill him when she comes back from hunting with Edward but Seth gets in the way and she breaks his shoulder or something. (oh Jacob got pissed because Sam and the pack were gonna kill the Cullens so he left the pack 'cuz he was supposed to be the alpha ("Ephraim Black's grandson was not born to follow Levi Uley's.") and Seth and Leah joined Jake's pack). So Bella and Edward and the Cullens and evry1 are all happy and Bella spends time with Charlie (READ IT d**n IT) and he meets Renesmee etc. and then Irina (Tanya's family member) sees Renesmee while hunting and thinks she's an immortal child (a baby who was turned to a vampire, they are uncontrollable and must be destroyed) and goes to the Volturi so Jasper and Alice leave (gasp!) and send nomads on their way, and Emmett and Rosalie and Carlisle and Esme go and get other people and Bella and Jacob and Edward stay to explain to them about Renesmee and ask them to witness for them. The Volturi comes and Bella shields everyone on her side (she's a mental shield, that's her gift) so Jane and Alec can't do anything (Jane hurts people and Alec (i think) makes them feel nothing). wait wait, then Jasper and Alice come back and show the Volturi another half-human/half-vampire child and he's immortal after seven years when he's fully grown, and then the Volturi believe the Cullens and let Renesmee live and burn Irina and then they leave, and everyone is happy.

Badly..... jk  yes Bella does get pregnant with a half vampire half human, it really hurts edward because the baby is strong and bella is human the pack thinks they should start war with the cullens because they think the child will be dangerous but jacob leaves the pack because he thinks that is wrong, seth and leah follow him, but the pack never ends up attacking,, as she gives birth edward has to change bella because she is dying, she passes the time by counting edwards breaths ,the pack thinks they should start war with the cullens because they think the child will be dangerous but jacob leaves the pack because he thinks that is wrong, seth and leah follow him, but the pack never ends up attacking, but instead Irina sees the baby and thinks it is an immortal child so she tells the volturi, then Alice has a vision of the volturi coming and LEAVES the Cullen's to find a family she knows also has and immortal child to show the volturi, she also sends friends to help the Cullen's, then the volturi comes and Bella uses her gift (a shield) to protect everyone from the volturi using thier gifts on them, the battle is about to start then Alice comes back with proof  that nessie is harmless well the volturi leave the Cullen's unharmed and all the witnesses alone, Edward and Bella get to stay with Nessie, the volturi kill Irina for a false warning and Edward and Bella end up together forever.... Oh yeah, and reenesme's gift is she can show people things by touching them-sort of the opposite of edwards gift.  Your friend was obliviously lying to scare you or somrthing. NO!! that is SOOOOOOO not true!!!!!  bella gets renesme (her baby) and jacob passports and a license so they can run away and be safe because bella and edward know there gonna die from they volturi when they get there cause they found out about renesme and they think that she is a immortal child which was band along time ago and thats why the volturi wanna kill her, but actually she is a half vampire and half human. so anyways they went to fight with the volturi but then they volturi saw bella and edwards side of the story so they gave up and the end is the best part!! cause bella discovers in the story that why edward could never read her mind cause you know how in the first book edward told bella that c arlisle said some vampires have a special power that they brought with them from there human life???well bellas special power was a shield which means no one can use tere powers on her. anyways bella bacme a vampire and in the end of the story bella learns to push out her force field and then edward can finally read her mind. then bella edward and renesme live happily ever after
