  1. That all depends on the woman and her history.  If she has had a breast implant in the past, what they'd do is just suck out some of the fluid inside of it to reduce its size.  As for those that have naturally large b*****s and need them reduced, they can do all sorts of things, like suck some of the fat out of them if that's a potential solution, or they could cut some of the mammary glands out.  Usually, a breast reduction involves a breast lift as well, since they are common for those with really saggy b*****s.  That's at least what I understand.

  2. They do the same incisions, and take the nipple off, then go through and just removesome of the extra fat surrounding the breast, like lypo! =], then they reomve their things, put back in the sexual systems, and sew on the nipple,

    its a simple surgery

  3. They take out fatty tissue and dense breast tissue as well as some skin to make them smaller.

They may or may not remove the nipple altogether and surgically place it back on the breast after the skin and fat and tissue is removed.  (I did not have my nipples removed, called a Free Nipple Graft).
