How does call blocking work on Time Warner Digital Phone?

I have a few numbers of people who i want to block from calling

my home phone. When I've looked online it said I could block

anonymous calls and calls that cost money like collect calls

but can you block or have Time Warner Cable block specific numbers? How does it work exactly?

yes they should be able to block requested nbumbers, you ring them and give them the numbers you wish to block (there is sometimes a small charge from some providers) and they put a software block on the line that terminates all blocked numbers usually with a message telling them your not recieving calls.
