How does carnival cruise pay there employees?

i was just wonder how the pay is for this cruise line?

Depends on your position.

When I worked there, until 2002, Crew members were payed cash, onboard.

If you were a staff member, or officer, and had a valid bank account in the US, they could pay you that way  as well.
