  1. The form of government might change to parliamentary, thus abolishing the nearing 2010 elections. There might be some other ways that charter change might extend her term, but that seems to be the most obvious way.


  2. There could be a shift to federal parliamentary, and Congress could stop elections which is scheduled in 2010, and certain amendments could be made that would make her the first prime minister or something, and that would let her stay in power.
