How does condom change the status and role of women?

It enables women to have a job whilst having a relationship. Before condoms, many women got pregnant after having s*x but because condoms are now available, they are unlikely to get pregnant. This means that women are most reliable and are less likely to become pregnant and leave their employer in the lurch. If the change continues, women will be able to get jobs more easily and hopefully be paid better wages :)
