  1. Depression lowers saratonin and dopamine levels in your brain, causing aches, pains, moods to lessen, et cetera. When the emotional mind is not functioning correctly, the physical body has signs to make SURE that you know it.

    Saratonin controls happiness, methinks, and dopamine controls energy.

    I hope this helps.

  3. Depression is always of the mind; The mind however; is essantially; not only the result of the actions and activities of brain but is also the power which delivers energy to brain for empowering it to perform the actions and activities of itself.

    A depressed mind; not only sends less power to brain, but also diluted power; and on using such power; the brain not only fails to work to its full, complete and whole capacity, but also wrongly performs the actions and activities of itself.

    The result of the existance, presence, and working of a depressed state of mind of self in self; is an incomplete self; disoriented self; ill self lacking in knowledge, energy and wisdom of self; for truthfully seeking the true necessicities of life of the real self for realistic growth, development and prosperity of  the real life of self;

    It also drives the self to wrongly work hard; with the only purpose of strengthening the egoisms of the mind of self   and the powers of same in self; instead of the powers of the nervous system and the mind of self as well; in that order.

    Evils of birth, death, old age and of many different types and kinds of illnessess of the body, mind, heart, intelligence, and wealth of self are the results of; depression of mind; and the actions and activities of a depressed mind.

    A healthy brain; having the ability to work to its full, complete and whole capacity; only can know and see the state and condition of  a mind; know it as either depressed or not; know the causes and reasons of of the depression of it;  and can treat it effectively; but with the help of the powers of the actions and activities of a healthy, wealthy, and wise mind only and not with the help of intelligence of itself alone..
