How does disney channel make money when they dont have commercials?

Erm.. the main one i guess? There arent any commercials on it... Do you pay seperately per channel? I just pay for cable.. a round price per month?

All the Disney channels I have Do have commercials. If they don't have commercials then you pay a higher price to have that channel and that is how they make money.
