How does drinking alcohol effect bbt?

I read TCOYF but I couldn't find the part about how it changes your temp.

I always find that a glass of wine or so with dinner makes no effect at all. But if you add a few cocktails to that, it will raise the morning temps. My gauge is: if I wake up with a headache, ignore the BBT!
