How does drinking alcohol make my genitals tingle?

Okay I'm not even playing around anymore, I just want answers. You know how when you take a shot of liquor, your crotch starts to feel tingly? (If you don't then join the club I guess) anyway, what causes this effect?

drinking alcohol messes with your blood pressure, and in the long term is known to have damaging neurological effects (such as tingling in your feet, and hands).  On the short term it has similar effects, just not permanent ones.  In general it seems to lower the amount of blood that's going through your genitals, which would explain why it's harder to get a ***** when completely drunk, so I'll wager to say that this is the reason why your genitals are tingling. There is less blood flowing through them and in turn, the tissues in your genitals get less oxygen, hence the tingling.  Just like when you sit funny on your leg, cut off the oxygen supply and it goes to sleep, the same thing is happening to your schwang, but the loss of oxygen is caused by the effects of the alcohol.  Alcohol can mess with your nerves in mysterious ways.  I wouldn't worry about it if the tingling goes away within a short period of time.

Normally my face tingles when i drink, i think you should see a doctor about your genitals tingling.  

What causes this is alcohol affecting the way your central nervous system interprets the nerve impulses from your skin coming in contact with air and or other stimuli.
