  1. Ok heres the deal: your kidneys need water to function and when they don't get enough water, your liver has to pick up the slack and do they're work. Another main job of the liver is to convert fat into energy. So if you're liver is busy working on the jobs of your kidneys it doesn't convert fat into energy and thus you don't lose weight.

You will not gain weight from drinking water. Chances are you're not drinking enough. You should be drinking around 2 liters EVERYDAY depending on how active you are. When you don't get the required 2 liters a day you're body stores water: in you hips, stomach, thighs, even sometimes your ankles. Once you start giving your body 2 liters a day everyday (without skipping a day) you body will trust that you will continue to give it this water and it will dump the stored water (thus when you start drinking 2L of water regularly you pee A LOT) It takes about 2 or so weeks before your body will get used to getting a steady supply of water and stop storing it.

  2. Its water weight and its really good for you, its washing out your toxins. You can't gain weight from it cuz it has 0 calories

  3. it hydrates you ,it washes poisons from the body, it has no calories, fat or carbs. if you cut out refined sugar and just eat natural sugars,in 9 months i lost 75 lbs. and it has stayed off for 2 years now. good luck and drink plenty of water, put down that can of pop (:>))

  4. It flushes out the impurities in your system and that includes fat.

Chemicals, toxins all build up on the body.  Drinking water flushes out what is not good.  Fat is stored in your cells and water not only cleanses your body it keeps you looking hydrated and young.
