How does driving in the cold 0-20 degress affect gas mileage? does it make one get less mpg?

  1. No the cold if anything helps fuel economy because the air is more dense causing better fuel burning efficiency. The down side of the cold is you have to go slower because of ice, snow, black ice, so in the end if the roads are clear then yes it helps.
