The State attorney/ district attorney will file an extradition warrant with the governor of the state and that Governor will file with the governor of the state where the person resides, they will be arrested and then they have two options, waive extradition or fight it before a judge, seldom does a judge overturn an extradition warrant and the person is then taken into custody by the agency who filed the warrant and taken to the jurisdiction for legal proceedings.~
