  1. fisheye is an effect of the lens. It has a super wide FOV. and tends to bend the outer edges inward. This can be corrected if the optics are ground differently however fisheye lenses are made for that effect


  2. It can be done with either. It'll look better if done with a lens, but most editing software offers a fisheye effect that can be applied to the video with the desired parameters.

    It Helps The Camera Record The Skateboard.

    And Cut The Body.

  4. I imagine there is no way to do it other than with a special lens.  An ordinary lens simply won't let the periphery to be recorded.
