After multiple Scotches and i have no doubt a couple of hoots,in a fancy bed,in a cushy white house and stress free,knowing that some other Doouche will most likely take care of the part of his job that requires any real thought;he will of course still mess things up,but that will just be masked up by tomorrows hoot and Scotch,so in his mind,who cares.
