  1. This should answer most of your questions:  http://www.howstuffworks.com/becoming-a-...

  2. You have to have taken premed first, or else you won't have the credits needed to enter med school. Since premed isn't exactly a major you have to have graduated from say premed with focus on biology or chemistry.  Then you have to graduate the 4 years of that career. Then you have to apply to different universities or to that same one for medical school. I believe you take an exam, but I'm not certain, if so they are called MCATS, also the best way is to go to the medical school sites online. Hopkins in Baltimore, MD have a good medical school program. You should check online for more info from them whether you choose that school or not, just email someone there and they will guide you much better than anyone at Yahoo!

You can also go to Cuba where it's free and 6 years, including premed, but in order to stay you need at least an 80% on all your classes. And 2 years of "voluntary" service when you graduate.

Or Mexico which is either 6 or 7 years, paid, but much cheaper and faster and in my opinion better than the USA. You get to start working with patients begginning your first year!!

  3. Call a med school and ask them what  their requirements are.

  4. u gotta have the required coursework which is on all the med school websites, you gotta take the MCAT, and you have to have a bunch of recommendations
