  1. Photsynthesis is a process in which Glucose is PRODUCED. So the question of help of glucose for photosynthesis does not arise.

  2. Photosynthesis:

Is the conversion of light energy into chemical energy by living organisms. The raw materials are carbon dioxide and water; the energy source is sunlight; and the end-products are oxygen and (energy rich) carbohydrates, for example sucrose, glucose and starch.

Cellular Respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis: Glucose and other compounds are oxidized to produce carbon dioxide, water, and chemical energy. However, both processes take place through a different sequence of chemical reactions and in different cellular compartments.

  3. Help? The whole point of photosynthesis is to produce ATP and glucose.

  4. It doesn't HELP, it is the product of photosynthesis.

  5. k, from my knowledge, and im not hundred percent sure, but glucose is the sugar that is created by the plant by using the process of photosynthesis

so if the question was backwards, it would make sense

  6. mono and disacharide glucose are formed as products of photosynthesis.  so in short glucose is not helpful to the photosynthesis so much as a sign of its success.

  7. Glucose does NOT help photosynthesis >

Glucose is PRODUCED  during photosynthesis .

The requirement of ATP  for the process of photosynthesis  DOES NOT come from GLUCOSE .

It is the sunlight energy in the form of PHOTONS captured by chlorophyll is used to produce energy rich ATP  and NADPH

In the light reactions, one molecule of the pigment chlorophyll absorbs one photon and loses one electron.

This electron is passed to a modified form of chlorophyll called pheophytin, which passes the electron to a quinone molecule, allowing the start of a flow of electrons down an electron transport chain that leads to the ultimate reduction of NADP into NADPH.

((((((( In addition, it serves to create a proton gradient across the chloroplast membrane; its dissipation is used by ATP Synthase for the concomitant synthesis of ATP. )))))

( Read the matter in the multiple bracket carefully )

The chlorophyll molecule regains the lost electron by taking one from a water molecule through a process called photolysis, that releases oxygen gas.

So it is NOT  kind of like a capital that you need to start business with!!!!!!

Why don't you search wikipedia Or click on the link below =

  8. glucose is what is made BY photosythesis. It is a type of sugar the plant makes after Chlorofill in the plant take light energy and convert it to chemical energy.

  9. what Photosynthesis synthesizes is glucose

However, ATP's that have been energized from previously metabolized glucose molecules is necessary for photosynthesis.. kind of like a capital that you need to start business with
