How does h**l week work?

is it 1 week just to test your grit and then a break till school starts or is it every day till school starts and then 1 practice after school starts

Well at my school its 2 a  days for 4 hrs each for 1 week and then scrimmage on saturday and right after that everyday 4 hrs of practice till school starts its not that bad i hate when people think its hard i can do but then again i play 4 sports in the summer so I'm in shape for it

if you mean first week it only seems bad cause you're probably out of shape, but at my school h**l Week is the week of practice leading up to the game against our biggest rivals.

where i went to school, there was a lot of h**l to be had.

we had double days for two weeks. that kinda sucked. theyre just trying to see if you'll quit.

Our school doesn't really have h**l week. School starts tomorrow and so does football. Practices are 4 hours long everyday but we get hour breaks, snacks, lot of meetings, etc. I'm only a freshman but I know a lot of seniors and they said it's not that bad. And no they're not tricking me into thinking it's easy and then ends up being hard. We also don't have 2-A-Days any more so it's awesome.

my coach doesnt have h**l week, we have h**l month.

For me it's just one week, about 3 weeks before school begins. We have double and triple sessions for 5 days straight, 3 double sessions and 2 triple sessions in that order for the week.

Every coach and school has a different version of h**l week.

my high school coaches had us doin two a days, 4 hours each, for 2 weeks

its to weed out the people who dont have the heart...almost weeded me out my freshman year...bad times haha

My brother plays football and he said h**l week is 2 weeks and it starts 2 weeks before school starts and its every day except Sunday and every day he has 10 hours of football.

at my school we have practices everyday then after school and on weekends though after the first month they make cuts
