  2. animal life behave in a instincs , survivance basis. They have to kill or be killed in order to continue the cycle of nature. Everything they do eating , reproducing , fighting come all from their instincs to survive. Humans have a choice to all these things exept eating , and sleeping , we can choose not to reproduce , fight and basically be  an a**hole. Violent behavior is surpassed by communication skills that animals do not posses but that we can exercise.
