  1. bad effect: your sweat doesn't evaporate, so you become overheated more easily

good effect: your skin won't dry out as quickly(no chapped lips)

  2. well i dont know about the body but it makes my hair frizzy

oh and it makes me feel sticky all the time

  3. depending on the heat, humidity does different things.

hot and humid is uncomfortable and harder to cool your body because your sweat doesn't evaporate, and cool you...

Cold and humid is hard too, and cold and dry is comforatable, but after long periods of time everything dries out... .(chapped lips dry skin)

Imagine  living in these different settings...

very hot and dry- think of dessarts

hot and humid-- think of the tropical islands

cold and dry -- think of the artic tundra like a snowy dessart

cold and humid-- ?? alaska, (it still has trees, like the evergreen forests)

I don't know if that helps .. I hope it does...

  4. Bad effect. Our bodies have an evaporative cooling system built in. You get hot, sweat, then it cools you off. You can't get the cooling relief from sweat when the humidity is high, so you just feel hotter, miserable, and can have heat problems very quickly.
