How does improper grammar affect communication skill?

As my Friend Guest9682 said... If You have confidence in Yourself then You have the good Communication Skill... the grammer doesnot matter at all but always keep in mind that which language you want to deliver your presentations in or want to make others understood must mean to you...

For the Best Communication, you have to be confident in yourself and you must know almost everything regarding the topic which you may talk/discuss on...

Once my Teacher said,"try to know something about everything and everything about something..." I totally agree with his point... so if you want to have a good communication skill then you have to know about something of the topic and everything about that something which you know about the topic...
