How does insomnia affect your well being?

i have insomnia among other disorders. how does this affect my well being or health? yes i was diagnosed with insomnia, im not just sayin that cuz im still awake at this hour ha.

  1. i may have insomnia, cause it takes me anywhere between 1.5 and 3 hours to fall asleep when the average is 7 Min's, but the only damage insomnia causes, is irregular sleep patterns, and the longer it goes on you my find yourself getting angry allot easier because of lack of sleep

    I'm now a very angry person, luckily i've learnt to be passive aggressive.


  2. it's 5:25am and I'm still awake. I swer I have insomnia. It's just not now it's all the time. I can never sleep at night. Personally when I don't get sleep my skin gets irritated and I tend to shake a bit. I also feel disorganized. I need to figure out something soon because when I try to sleep at night I can't. ++ school starting :(
