  1. Sucks.

  2. I went to a private school all of my life, but this year I am being home schooled. I love it!! My best friend is home schooled too, so I can hang out with her a lot. I also joined a home school co-op, which has field trips, proms, Christmas programs, field days, classes, and more. I keep myself busy with lots of classes like horse-back riding, piano, etc. Another thing I love about it is that I usually don't just sit down for 4 hours and do school. I go with my mom shopping, and I hang out with my friends for a while, or I'll talk on the phone. It is really really fun. I recommend it.

    I hope I helped you out. :)

  3. It depends on you and your family.

Some kids hate it because they never got proper support, either academically or socially.

Other kids, despite having no support, still did fine and loved it; they took it upon themselves to be fully responsible.

Some stay home a lot; others are out more than they are home. Some have their parents be very strict about what has to be done, others are more flexible.

Your question is almost like asking, "What's it feel like to have parents?" It's really going to depend on the parents, isn't it?

  4. Its GREAT! It gives you more freedom to do what you want! Your are more socilized and I enjoy having a closer relationship with my parents from it. I still hang out with them and my WHOLE family because of it!

    Hope this helps!

  5. im going to say i have been homeschooled for 3 years its just not really that fun

yeah u get the sleep in and it takes less time to do it but i really miss the social life i used to have i mean i talk to a few people but its not the same

  6. Home Schooling SUCKS i HATE it!

i have been in home school my whole life!

  7. I loved homeschooling!  We were not allowed to sleep in, but doing actual school work does take less time which leaves more time for other things!  I was more active as a homeschooler than I ever could have been going to school simply because I had the time to be in 5, 6 different activities a week.  Being the social butterfly that I am, it was also great having such a wide array of friends, and not the same people everyday.  That would drive me insane.  It's no wonder there's always whining and fighting going on at schools, kids get sick of each other and I don't blame them!

Having graduated a few years ago, I now feel blessed that my parents gave me the great opportunity to homeschool and I am excited to homeschool my kids someday!

  8. well, I was never homeschooled, I wish I was though, but we homeschool our son, he's 11. This is going on his 3rd year.  But I asked my son what he likes better being homeschooled, or public school, he tells us time & time again, he loves homeschooling, that hes happier then when he was in public school!

My son still gets the socialization he needs, but he can learn at his own pace, & have the 1 on 1 teaching he needs, something the schools here in our city refuse to do!

As far as Im concerned my son will never set foot in a school again, since I will make sure he learns what he needs!
