was it difficult? did u feel like u didn't want to go out anywhere?

and if so..did you want to become popular again?

i hate peoples expectations that everyone should have a perfect life, with many friends, and no problems whatsoever...and when they see people like me, they will be like how come you're like this

  1. i didnt care about popularity, all i cared about was that i was happy and healthy and i was my own person i wasnt and never will be a follower i like being my individual self.

i dont need to be like any one but who i want to be!!!

  2. it doesn't matter what  people think of u..many great men were alienated  for so long but still they believed in themselves and didin't just simply give up to the hardships of life ..have faith in ur self

  3. I never wanted popularity or lots of friends.

All i wanted was to cherish what i had.

  4. I'm a cynic, so I've always thought people will do nothing but back-stab you and leave you when it will benefit them the best. So I have friends, yes, but I worked hard to trust them. And since I don't really believe in an afterlife, everything you gain here will be lost when you die. So losing friends, though hard, is not a big deal for me.

  5. Great question. have a star.

I was very popular my entire life. Then I got smart.

Instead of an abundance of fake "friends", I slowly started to weed out the ones that were harmful, or caused drama. Then the ones who I felt didn't appreciate me, etc. Now I have about 6 very close, lifelong friends who I love and couldn't live without. Popularity is all hype and numbers. When you grow up and mature, Those things just don't matter anymore. I'd rather stay home and play a board game with the few amazing people who will never judge me or make me feel bad, who will love me unconditionally, no matter how I f*** up and have a great conversation than to get dressed up to impress a bunch of people who are superficial, and will never care to know me, more or less accept my flaws.

No, I have no desire to ever be popular again. GOOD RIDDANCE!!! = )

  6. you know, people always liked me, wanted to hang around me, and i was never in trouble with anyone. i don't know what it was, but i guess i was a likable person. i got a job where i got a lot of recognition and had to wear a suit, and the ladies kept comin and all the guys wanted to "party".

it got so old that i started not to like people because i was learning a lot about them. people i didn't even know was trying to be my friend, i started realizing a lot of people are deceiving and manipulators.

some people don't understand that for some people, being popular is a burden. so after the high of having all that attention, i started to just isolate myself, from everyone, and now its a lot more quiet, easy-going, and i like that a lot.

i guess in your question, you might have done something or something happened to you that some people don't want to hang around you or talk anymore? well unless you did something extremely outrageous, they never really your friends in the first place. just keep a certain few close to you and thats all you really need. well good luck with your situation

  7. nope.. the popular guy in my school got left back 2 years in HS
