How does kfc kill chickens?

i heard a rumour about how kfc kill chickens i just wanted to see if it was true

They don't kill there chickens.  They order from a company called lillydale.  Do you really think they would have time to kill there own chickens?  Where would they keep the live ones?

KFC buys chicken from venders. Most venders hang the chickens by their feet and they put them in water and wile they are in the water they are electrocuted. Then they are beheaded and then their feathers are plucked. Then they are frozen or refrigerated. Pretty bad.

They probably buy from wholesalers. The chicken is already processed and iced.

KFC no more raises its own chickens than McDonald's maintains vast herds of beef cattle to turn into hamburgers or the IHOP tracts of wheat to use in making pancakes. These companies are in the restaurant business, not agricultural or farming business, and they buy their food products from the same suppliers as everyone else (including your local supermarket). KFCs can buy chickens from any supplier they so choose and do NOT operate their own farms. It would be IMPOSSIBLE.

omg...i have heard the most awful things about how kfc "treats their chickens"..... i worked at kfc for 10 years..first as a cook, then as a manager, and also as a general manager. kfc orders their chicken from local poultry vendors. to suggest that  someone should not eat there because of  they way the chickens are killed is ridiculous.  they are a restaurant that serves chicken. the chickens weren't suicidal chickens. they were obviously killed somehow.

Well, this is your lucky day! I happen to live in the "Chicken Capitol of Canada". All of K.F.C.'s chicken comes from here--Lilydale Inc. The chickens are hung live on a line; the knife that slits their throat is electrified, so, they're electrocuted first. Supposed to be less painless.

I'm pretty sure KFC just buys their chicken from some other company. How that company kills them... I don't want to know!
