  1. I'm mexican so I think that if we know more about our history and our roots, we can be clear on what we are and where we come from, this at least in my case make me feel good and proud of my culture and my country, mexican culture is very rich, even before the spanish came to America, there was a lot of different cultures within Mexico, they developed an advanced numeral system and complex ways to measure the time, even more precise than the system we use now days, so I think that knowing this kind of things about our culture can make us see ourselves as the heirs of that great culture

  2. mexicans in the united states need to know about their heritage so that they may treat other hispanics like ****

  3. For one, it could help mexicans to not feel ashamed of being who they are and accept their heritage as a different culture. I would personally like to see more mexicans interested in learning nahuatl which is the language the Aztecs spoke. ANd people should hurry up because in another 10 years there will be almost nobody alive in the valley of Mexico that can still speak it.
