  1. In the "good" part of town you  pay the landlord on time, every month, a higher rent for a healthy, attractive, more safe environment; whereas in a lousy "bad" part  of town thugs rob you of your rent money before you can pay it each month, and the landlord therefore has insufficient income to maintain his property.  Its can be a rat race out there!

  2. It is alway exactly enuf to make you tempted to live in the bad part of town. Every landlord knows this.  Often $250 per month which is a lot for a young person.

  3. it actually depends on the condition

if is luxury and close to shopping centers and a mall and restaurants...you will have to empty your pockets because it will be expensive it culd be around

    $900.00 for a luxury apartment

an ok apt kinda far from society in a ok condition

it could be $360.00 and a ok part of ton kinda far from society but a good place with a apt in good contition

    it could be $550,00

for example is like renting a hotel close to the beach and close to shopping center in a turistic and wellpopulated place it would be ALOT but if you rent a regular hotel that you kinda have to drive to the beach it would be cheap

so the thing you have to make a math with is the things around the apartment

    hope i helped....

    good luck :3
