How does medicine no were 2 go!?

like how do like advil no 2 go 2 ur stomache an if ur stomache hurts but not 2 ur head! how can it tell were 2 stop the pain

all medications work in the brain, that is where pain receptors are housed , you for example precieve pain  in your knee perhaps due to inflamation but the pain inpulse is being received ,interprated and in turn sent back by your brain. all medications are formulated to target and be recieved by certian receptors in the brain which then interupt these inpulses. like making small breaks in an electrical cord, electricity may still flow through but intermitently and with less power.

It goes everywhere, even your head. But since you have no pain there, you don't notice a difference.
