My friend it all depends how motivated you are and what you are motivated to do. There are plenty of Lifers in Prison who were highly motivated and plenty of Nobel Prize winners. I might also add though it is a little known fact that even though all the people who attend the Nobel Prize dinners can purchase the same silverware that they use at the dinner at the gift shop some of them actually steal the silverware that they use at the table. If you are motivated to achieve a result, you will try more, be more organized etc.. and therefore as a consequence probably will have better results.
