How does my friend convince her mom to take us to the mall?

Tell her that you really need to go. And that you will be good. And that you are old enough to go. Please. School will be starting soon. We need to go check out all the latest fashions. I dont know try hard! Super hard. Take a taxi! LOL!

just say

"mom and you drop (your friends name) and I to the mall... her (or his) dad is going to pick us up we just need a way to get there."

and just stand there and look at her.. and if she says no ask why..

All she can do is ask once politely. If the answer is no, drop it. Don't pester like a little kid.
