How does natural family planning work?

I am no longer interested in any type of birth control or IUD's. I would like to know of any good books on the subject. If you know anything about natural family planning I would like to know thanks!

try a Catholic church, Im Catholic and we dont use birth control we use natural family planning they have classes and everything

Natural Family Planning works only when both partners agree. It can't be a one sided decision and it can't be all about what you think is right. Natural Family Planning is when you as a couple learn when the correct days and what aren't the correct days for ovulation. Normally this can be based on the thickness of a woman's vaginal secretions but that isn't normally the case. I recommend speaking with your local church or going to the library.

You don't use traditional prtection, if you want a baby then you try to make one, if you dont then he pulls out and you pee after s*x!

um,  isnt 'naturaly family planning" basically when you dont have s*x during certain times of the month and your partner pulls out.   I think that is what it is.

It doesnt work, and it would be pretty foolish to put all of your trust in your man pulling out.

Peeing after s*x is the most stupid think I heard till now!!! There are a lot of good books about this subject and you can also find brochures about this subject in family planning centers. There are several methods, the more accurate ones are based of measuring your vaginal temperature and also using a strict calendar of your periods. One cousin uses this method and it work for her for 15 years.
