  4. no such thing in the US.

  5. Marrying a citizen of another country does not allow you to live in that country or gain citizenship...anywhere.  You must still apply to immigrate and apply for citizenship several years after immigrating.  If you are talking about entering the U.S.  as the spouse of a U.S. citizen, see site below.
