  1. i started off working at racing farms cleaning stalls and galloping horses, then moved on to exercising the horses at the track. now im racing. all in about 2 years, but i have been around horses my entire life. there are height and weight requirements also, but they kinda vary by track. im 5'1'' and weigh 104 lbs. most of the guys i work with weigh around 110-115 and are 5'3''. if you meet the requirements, call your local track and find some trainers.

  2. Get skinny, make yourself stronger, learn horse language, and find a stable that is willing to give you a chance to ride in races at secondary tracks.

    You better win too.

  3. Being small and knowing how to ride a horse is a good start. Then head to your local racetrack and see if you can get a trainer to give you a job.
