How does one become a member of Heritagequestonline.com?

I believe it's a free site to look up genealogy. I've created a username & password, but nothing happens.

I get the impression it isn't free and you need to be an educator to get membership.  I tried to sign on too, but was deemed unworthy.

Heritage Quest is free and can be accessed online if your local library has a website and you have a library card in good standing. I simply go to my local library website click on Research Resources, then Genealogy, scroll down to Heritage Quest, after you click on it you will be asked to enter your library card number to get on their website. If you have trouble just call your local library to get the details. Good luck!
