How does one become a school bus driver?

I asked this question to my elementary school bus driver and instead of giving me an answer she just assigned me to the front seat of the bus. The most creative, humorous answer will be picked as the best.

Not humorous or witty..., but as long as you have a valid drivers' license, most bus companies will train you for you commercial license, plus here in NY/ LongIsland they will throw you a couple bucks as a sign on bonus

First, you must have white hair or no hair, wear glasses, look grumpy all the time, wear blue jeans, have hearing aids, but keep them in your pocket not in your ears, have a watch that is 10 minutes fast, wear brown lace shoes, chew gum, and wear a baseball cap, and walk with a limp.
