One would become a winner by lots of hard work, effort, confidence, motivation, persistancy, consistancy, accuracy, dedication, learning, trying new things, being flexible, being understanding and caring, being willing, being faithful...there are many things a person needs to do to become a winner, thats only a small list. It sounds kind of rough, like theres a lot to do, but the truth is that if you really want to be a winner, all these things will be a realistic goal for you and you won't comprimise them.

To be a winner, a person has to have experience, knowledge, and be willing to put in a lot of hard work. A little bit of luck doesn't hurt either.
