A chateau in France has been purchased by a Buddhist community. It may have belonged to my ancestors before they moved to England with Duke William the conqueror.

  1. You make an offer, and they either accept it or reject it. But you've got to realize that your "chateau" no longer belongs to you or your family. You've got no rights to it, bud.

  2. Just like you do in your country. Offer to buy it from the community. If they refuse, tough luck. It's their right, especially in a republican country where your 'maybe' blood lines won't count.

  3. Get Tom Cruise to steal it for you. (in mission impossible)

  4. give them 2 cows and 3 pigs throw in some chickens for luck

  5. I was going to ask the same thing on here last week. Are you sure that Chateau belonged to your family? My Gran reckons it's hers. Of course, she said the same thing about Buckingham Palace, and the fish and chip shop on the high street. But still.....
