I recently applied for hosting thro' Yahoo & they registered a domain name for me as well. They sent me an email via this domain email address saying that my domain was active. A day later they sent another email saying everything was on hold as they could not verify my credit card. (I already have another hosting account with Yahoo; same card, no problem, sufficient funds) The help screen only sends me round and around to FAQ!!! NO EMAIL CONTACT!! I have contacted Technical; they say: "Not our problem contact Billing" Billing only have an 800-318-0870 phone number!!! I am in South Africa and when I phone (not toll free from here) a recorded voice told me they where experience high volume of calls and my call would be answered in 20 minutes!!!! I can email on for Technical help; I cannot email Billing as they do not seem to have an email address. Any suggestions!!!
