  1. check with your boss to see if you can cut your lunch hour into two half-hour breaks or four 15-minute breaks and use those times to take cat-naps through out the day...that really helps. and eat power snacks like high fiber/protien fruit-nuts combos or small salads and power shakes.

    or take the lunch hour and take one long nap (but that will leave you sleepier than you already were!)...

    the part-time suggestion was good too...i worked part time for a bit with my first baby...quit work and stayed home for my second!....

  2. I actually had to go part time for the first 4 1/2 months of my second pregnancy.  I started in the morning and then napped in the afternoon!  It was all I could do.

  3. Just got to push on a deal with it. i worked with 30 kids per day, 9 hours per day 5 days a week, and whist I was was buggered when I got home, made the pregnancy go quite quick!
