How does one get a job at Disney studios?

Do I need an agent to audition and would any agent do or can only really pricey agents get you auditions. And do you really have to be able to sing?

  1. Since you specifically state JOB,,, their entertainment division, IE: Disney Channel, etc. is different in a process than becoming a CAST Member, which is what they call EMPLOYEES. Certainly there might be JOBS available working for the studios, but that isn't what you want.

       Agents, while I have a low regard for them, make money from money you make in the craft, a commission, usually 10%, taken before, or as you get your 90%

       As a "MACHINE" interested in generating $$$ and Profit, one might expect they are looking for "Talent"

       They have their own staff of Booking Agents, who state they will get back to you. They very likely also have a list of legit agents they deal with in solicitaion attempts.

  3. go on the website and they should be able to tell you how to become a castmember. i think your singing experience will depend on the job you are looking for.
