How does one get a job at starbucks, but more in the marketing, advertising and franchising dept.?

Question

many people can work as a barista, or as a shift supervisor or manager, but how does one work for the big whigs???? the regional managers, the advertisers, entertainment, products and actual roasters????

Uh... Starbucks just dropped 600 stores around the US, so I wouldn't recommend looking for employment there.

this is absolutely the wrong time to start thinking about working for Starbucks. They are laying off people all over the place.
