If you have the body type and you've been training. How does one get a mile in the 6's.

  1. This is what my track coach and dad say

    They say take bigger strides, run your hardest, and look up to get ciruclation.


  2. not sure be more specific but if you dont like your time then just run harder to and do a lot of strides or somethin to build up your speed

  3. That is exactly it.  If you have the body type and train hard enough you will get results.  If you are saying you want to get a 6 minute mile (or six+) then I'd run 2 miles one day, then another day run 4 miles.  And you should run about 5 times per week.
