  1. It might help, but in all reality you have to start small (like go karts).  You can't just up and race Sprint Cup.  You should also consider getting a mechanical engineering degree.  NTI will only help if you want to work in the shop, not drive.

  2. yes also auto body or mechanical training also math trig or calc.

  3. theirs lotsa ways, but usually if you gotta ask... Education and experience are the best thresholds into the NASCAR world. You really need to embrace what motorsports are. When your name becomes synonymous with either the automotive field or some type of racing, your "in".

  4. I really studied that school and visited it. It is an automotive school with a Nascar elective basically. I really want to get into Nascar but figured that is not the way. I asked around and everyone says it is a great school to start an automotive career but a terrible school to get into Nascar. I know a kid that went, I think he graduated as the second best student and is working on Jack Roush's NHRA team, not even Nascar.

  5. I had 2 of my friends from Louisiana go to NTI. One of them works for HMS . The other one works for the Richard Petty driving experience. So as far as that goes if you have the talents you can get in and that does help.

  6. it sure would not hurt little lady

  7. it all depends what you want to do if you want to be a driver not really  if you want a job in the shop it could help
