  1. Sounds to me like you have everything you've ever wanted...except challenge.  Every thing sounds like it's happened so easily, without any real effort on your part.

Now you're bored, you feel like you're on automatic.  On your days off, get out of bed and tell yourself you're going to try something new, something you've never done before, or have wanted to.  Break that inertia and broaden your horizons.  You're in the prime of your life, with lots of new territory to explore.  If you feel this way now, think of what it'll be like when you turn 60.  I'm 64, and I'm having the time of my life.  Even the younger guys have a hard time keeping up with me.

Just remember, you have time enough to be old...when you're dead, so enjoy your life now.

  2. Seems like you may just be depressed. If you don't feel like doing anything on your days off...Get up and do it anyways! Trust me you will feel better. Try to do things that you used to enjoy, even if they don't seem like they would be fun. Keeping busy is the best way to get out of a funk. Take your girlfriend out to a nice restraunt, go riding, and just try to enjoy yourself.

There is no quick fix for a funk, but getting up and doing things has always helped me.

Good luck, I hope you start feeling better soon :)

  4. Kinda sounds like mid life crisis I would say... Try to figure out if something is bothering you-  Try talking to a counselor or psychologist to see what the issues may be..
