How does one get round a feuding judge who uses the Child Prortection Act and other "conservative findings"?

There is a problem in the USA today. Conservatives "found" they could ignore every Constitutional Protection against judicial feuds because of "liberal" interpretations of the Child Protection Act taken along with the bitter pill of the conservative "findings" that any judge can instiitute a private prison, as long as he sends the bill to the legistlative branch (or keeps it a secret if it's a child support issue and the children might get upset that he's made the victims of his feud gimps or otherwise slaves at hard labor for life in secret prisons wherein there is no bill because that said "labor pays the bill for the legistlature"). These two "discoveries" = no rights at all for any citizen of any age. How does one defeat such a challenge to US legal tradition? The "findings" leave us with only rumor of dissappeared people as they permit utter silence from our courts and prohibitions on private reporting of the "movement". While millions of gossiping women deride vics& cover this up

  1. This sounds like an intelligent question, but I honestly don't understand the topic because you give just a fraction short of enough context to truly understand it. If you could post a link to a   story/web page related to your question or just explain a bit more I'd love to take a stab at an answer.
